3 Pounds

A good friend of mine introduced me to the Jump Rope Challenge. We started on Monday February 1, 2021. I am now down 3 pounds since the day we've started. I workout 4/5 times a week for at least an hour. The highest count on the challenge in 600 in one day. Today that same friend challenge me and a few other ladies to do 600 jumps a day. We will take pictures and we will all compare results at the end. She also challenged us to do it for 60 days instead of 30. I've accepted. I encourage anyone to join. I've inserted a picture below of the app we use. It tracks calories, jumps, weight etc. The app does allow you to take (short) breaks in between. Jump Rope has a lot of benefits. #JumpRopeUpdate
